CRITERIA
Strict Guidelines are
applied throughout the following levels :
MINT
(M)
A Mint item must be absolutely perfect. Pristine.
Nothing else can be described as
Mint. Even brand new purchases
can be easily flawed in some manner and not
qualify as Mint.
To allow for tiny blemishes, the highest grade used is . . . .
NEAR
MINT (NM)
Allowing for tiny blemishes, this is
the
highest grade given less than Mint.
The item is in excellent, beautiful
condition.
VERY
GOOD (VG)
Records in Very Good condition
should have a minimum
visual or audible imperfections, which should not detract
much
from your enjoyment of owning them. This grade is halfway between
good and
near-mint. Slight groove wear may be present due to play.
Labels, sleeves, or
covers may show some signs of wear and handling;
however, no major detractions -
tears, excessive stains, or writing - should be present.
Therefore we will attach levels to very good :
VERY GOOD ++
Looks brand new with some slight signs of handling/age.
VERY GOOD +
Very nice condition item. Shows signs of handling/age.
VERY GOOD
Very
Good condition relative to its age.
Shows minor signs of handling/age.
Okay to
keep in one's Collection.
DEPOSIT & LAY-AWAY POLICY
1. DEPOSIT DOLLAR AMOUNT MUTUALLY DETERMINED
BY FAB 4 COLLECTIBLES & THE CUSTOMER.
2. DEPOSIT(S)
MADE BY CUSTOMER ON ANY ITEM(S) WILL PLACE THE MERCHANDISE
ON HOLD FOR NO MORE THAN 30 DAYS (OR OTHER PAYMENT PLAN MUTUALLY
AGREED).
3. BALANCE DUE IN FULL
MUST BE PAID WITHIN THE 30 DAY MAXIMUM
(OR OTHER PAYMENT PLAN DETERMINED).
4. IF BALANCE IS NOT PAID
WITHIN THE 30 DAY PERIOD
(OR OTHER PAYMENT PLAN MUTUALLY AGREED),
THE ENTIRE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF THE CUSTOMER DEPOSIT(S) IS NON-REFUNDABLE
AND WILL BE RETAINED IN FULL BY FAB 4 COLLECTIBLES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURN POLICY

All claims for refund(s) and/or
credit(s) for any reason
must be accompanied by the
ORIGINAL RECEIPT and must
be postmarked within
TWO (2) days (48 consecutive hours)
from the date and time of delivery.

All item(s) returned MUST be the exact same item(s)
as originally shipped and
MUST be returned
in the exact
same condition as originally shipped ,
otherwise a REFUND / CREDIT / EXCHANGE will be NOT be given.

All Shipping Charges from FAB

to
the Customer are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All Shipping and 100% Insurance Coverage charges
incurred by the Customer
to return the item(s)
are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Merchandise which is damaged or missing
as a result of negligence on behalf of
the shipping company
and/or the Customer when returning the item(s)
will be the
sole responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer is responsible to take all
necessary actions
against any shipping company used to receive monetary
compensation for the damaged or missing merchandise.
